Admissions
February and March are the official registration months for the school year, and we continue to register on a "first-come" basis until we are full. Space is limited. Please call the school to schedule a tour, observe in a classroom, review Stanford Achievement Test scores, or view a 12-minute video tape about the way we teach. Call 510-791-5683 to schedule a tour any week day between 9 and 3 PM or to request a visiting day for you and your child or an evaluation of skill level in reading and math.

New Horizons School admits children of all races,
ethnic backgrounds, and religions.
The minimum age is 4 years.
Parents and legal guardians are welcomed to visit the school to observe classes in action
and learn about the school, preferably by appointment.
The best time to observe classes in session is between 9 and 11 AM.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Enrollment of children at New Horizons School (NHS)
requires parents and legal guardians to:
· Read and sign the NHS Enrollment Agreement, which describes the terms and conditions of enrollment.
· Complete a registration form
· Provide proof that the child has been immunized, in accordance with California law.
· Pay an annual registration fee (non-refundable)
· Pay the first month's tuition (non-refundable)
· Deliver the Enrollment Agreement, Registration Form, immunization record and a check covering the registration fee and first month's tuition to the school administrator.
Children enrolling exclusively in the Tutoring Center are required to submit a completed Tutoring Center Information Form only.
